1. Services
Heidi offers coaching services focused on personal development, mindset, and emotional well-being. These services are not therapy, medical advice, or psychological counseling.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website and services.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Scheduling
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Coaching packages are non-transferable.

No Refund Policy
By purchasing any coaching service, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full program and that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with results.

Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at Heidi’s discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact Heidi directly to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover owed funds.

4. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process and results are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, and materials, is owned by Heidi and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Heidi is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this Website or services.

7. Termination
Heidi reserves the right to terminate access to services at any time for any reason.

8. Changes to Terms
